Back down some tracks we’ve not done for a year or two

Then down the rough track to the reservoir!

Summer’s gone, autumn’s here now!

Heading up the Goat Track into a grey Autumn sky but the hard pedal kept us from shivering!

There's always a view to admire even if the pedaling is hard going!

It's a good few years since these stones Clive is pedaling over were part of a "dry stane dyke" which kept the sheep in many long years ago!

Mountain biking in the Pentland Hills in gorgeous weather!

I'm not paying attention and getting left behind, I'll better get a move on and stop day dreaming!

We did suffer today for yesterday’s excellent weather!!!

Just a short note today to report we did indeed suffer for yesterdays beautiful sunshine with several hours of heavy and now and again torrential rain with thunder and lightning thrown in as well! Sorry no photos but on the plus side the grass at the front and rear of my house was badly in need of a good soaking!

Weather like the middle of summer today (we’ll suffer for this!!)

The sky was bright the air was warm, perfect for a mtb ride in the Pentland Hills on an ebike!

Clive and I did tracks today we've nnot done for some months and it was good to remember them again, after rain overnight the sun h ad everything dried out by early afternoon when we were out!

Everything was peaceful and calm, why is the whole world not like this? I think polititians should take up mountain biking and go out on a bike on a night like tonight!!
