Who would have believed at the end of March that the reservoirs would have started to dry up at the end of April? Mr swan looks quite disgusted at the lack of water in Thriepmuir reservoir!
The sky is blue but it's still only April in Scotland and there's still a chilly wind blowing but the trails are brick hard and the biking conditions are top class just now.
The biggest problem these days is trying to go new routes every day!
I've even done part of the "Skyline" but with all the health problems at the moment walked down some of the trickier descents rather than having to phone for helicopter rescue and the abuse that would have entailed!!
There's rain forecast for the end of this week and knowing Scotlands weather once it starts it's not likely to stop for a while, but at least we've had fun these last 4 weeks!
