We're back in business on the ebike again after a hard week adjusting to a non electric assisted bike i.e. my old Giant Anthem which had only one thing going for it and that was how easy it was to lift over fences and gates, but I'm too hard on it , as it made me realise just how good an ebike is. Full marks to Edinburgh Bike Coop and Bosch for speedy work in replacing the faulty motor in under a week.
The tracks have dried up really quickly in the recent sunny dry spell and makes for a much more enjoyable riding experience
There cant be many more enjoyable places to social isolate than up the Pentland Hills on an electric assisted mountain bike, it's maybe not quite as much fun as riding with your mates but it sure beats sitting in the house or dodging folk in the local park!
